Sharing this belief with your children encourages them to:

The conversation you have with your child when you give them this item is important.  It will make it much more meaningful and impactful.

• Explanation: "Saying 'I am a leader in my own way' isn't just a statement – it's a recognition of your innate leadership qualities and your capacity to influence others positively. It's an acknowledgment of the diverse ways in which leadership can manifest, and the importance of embracing your unique approach."

• Real-Life Examples: "Think back to all the times you've stepped up to lead, whether it's by example, through mentorship, or by advocating for change. Your leadership shines through in your actions, your words, and your willingness to stand up for what you believe in."

• Encourage a Growth Mindset: "Even when faced with challenges or uncertainties, continue to embrace your role as a leader in your own way. Every decision you make, every initiative you undertake, and every obstacle you overcome strengthens your leadership skills and inspires those around you."
